7th and Island Ave - Gaslamp District
Painted for the Ladies Who Paint mural festival in San Diego. I wanted to paint a piece that acknowledges the history of the Gaslamp Quarter which was previously San Diego’s Chinatown and then later Little Tokyo. Additionally I wanted to paint women with expressions of strength to celebrate the theme of the mural festival.
