For this mural I wanted to highlight the diversity of Father Keith B. Kinney Elementary. The background is comprised of various California native plants that I’ve taken photos of. 

I was thinking about the parallel between ecosystems and community in the ways that different types of plants can find a balance and help each other to grow.
